  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 can whole corn kernels, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pkg corn bread mix (8 ounces)
  • 1/4 tea paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, corns, and butter
2. Stir in corn bread mix until blended.
3. Poor into greased 3 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
