  • 1/2 cup butter or fat-free spread, softened
  • 1/3 cup wildflower honey or light agave nectar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Whole wheat English muffins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend butter and honey together with a blender.
2. Once blended, add cinnamon and continue to blend.
3. Toast muffins and spread on the butter.
