lime and ginger grilled salmon

Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon fillet, cleaned and boned
- 2 T. fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 2 T. lime zest
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 T. butter, melted, or olive oil
- 1/2 t lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350-400 degrees). Sprinkle salmon with ginger, lime zest, salt and pepper. Combine butter or olive oil and lime juice in a small bowl; brush salmon with mixture. Grill about 5 mintues on each side or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
