Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice canadian bacon, diced
- 1/3 cup torn spinach leaves
- 1 Tbsp shredded reduced fat mozzerella
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk eggs in a bowl, then stir in the canadian bacon and spinach. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Pour in eggs. Cook over medium heat until set, then flip. Sprinkle with cheese and fold omelet in half
