Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 C beer
- 1 tsp each Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 4 oz old cheddar, sliced
- 1 C light mayo
- 2 tsp each liquid honey and prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp each dry mustard and ground ginger
- 4 sesame seed rolls
- 2 C shredded lettuce
- 8 slices tomato and dill pickle
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Pound chicken to 1/4"/ In bowl mix beer, Worcestershire and peper sauce. Add chicken. Cover and refridgerate 4 hours. Discard marinade.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook, turning once. Top with cheese.
Mix mayo, honey, horseradish, mustard and ginger. Spreadon rolls. Sandwich chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion in rolls.
