Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 20 0z can(s) pineapple tidbits, drain and reserve juice
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 5 Tbsp reserved pineapple juice
  • 1 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c ritz type crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a casserole baking dish.

Combine flour and pineapple juice, mix well. In a bowl stir flour mixture into the pineapple. Pour into the casserole dish.

Combine the cheese, crackers, sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping over the pineapple in the casserole dish.

Bake for 40-45 minutes till bubbly and browned some on top.
