- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TBSP BUTTER
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/3 CUP HALF AND HALF OR UNDILUTED EVAPORATED MILK
- 1 CUP MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS
- 1 CUP CHERRY CHIPS
- 1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1 1/2 CUP SPANISH PEANUTS
- 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER

Step 1
COMBINE SUGAR, BUTTER, SALT, AND MILK IN A 2 QT SAUCEPAN. BOIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. STIR IN MARSHMALLOWS AND CHERRY CHIPS. SPREAD IN 9 INCH SQUARE PAN WHICH HAS BEEN LINED WITH WAX PAPER. MELT CHOCOLATE CHIPS WITH PEANUT BUTTER IN SMALL SAUCE PAN OVER LOW HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. STIR IN PEANUTS AND SPREAD OVER CHERRY LAYER. WHEN COOL CUT INTO SQUARES
