Luby's Cafeteria's Stuffed Jalapeños
- 1 can whole jalapeño's - (26 oz) sliced in half by
- length and seeds removed
- 1 package cream cheese - (8 oz) softened
- 2 tablespoons chives (dehydrated)
- 1 tablespoon minced pimiento peppers
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
When cream cheese reaches room temperature and is softened whip the cream cheese, add mayonnaise, chives, and pimientos. Blend together until smooth and fluffy. Fill jalapeños and enjoy. Cover and store jalapeños in refrigerator.
