Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 8oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 2 cups seedless tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded iceburg lettuce
  • salt/pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 1 1/2 qt baking dish.

Set aside 3/4 cup bacon, tomatoes and the lettuce.

Combine: bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, garlic powder, salt/pepper, sour cream, mayo, italian dressing and mustard.

Bake 25-30 minutes

Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and remaining bacon and lettuce over hot dip. Servie immediately with rounds, crackers or pita chips.
