Ingredients
- 1 lb large, fresh, asparagus, washed with ends cut off
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
- 1 dash steak seasoning
- 1 dash grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill
Mix everything except cheese, and drop asparagus into mix to coat. Arrange on grill and cook each side about 2 minutes. Place in bowl and top with butter and cheese
NOTE: Make sure grill is hot before cooking. If grill is not hot the natural sugar in the asparpgus will not caramelize and leave you with a boiled taste
