Ingredients
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, cut across into 1'' pieces
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb 20-24 ct shrimp
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbl lemon juice
- 2 Tbl olive oil
- small pinch red pepper flakes
- Ceasar Dressing (For the Ceasar Dressing, refer to the Dressing section)

Preparation
Step 1
1. For the Ceasar Dressing, refer to the Dressing section.
2. Combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper flakes in a bowl. Stir to combine.
3. Peel shrimp and slice lengthwise and add to the bowl.
4. Marinate shrimp in lemon-garlic mixture for about 10 minutes.
5. Place shrimp on a pan and season with salt.
6. Grill over high heat until shrimp turns white and pink and curls up.
7. Do not overcook.
8. Remove shrimp from the grill and set aside.
9. Place romaine in a bowl and toss with dressing and parmesan cheese.
20. Place salad onto plates and top with the shrimp.
