Artichoke Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 C mayo
  • 1 7oz can crabmeat, drained
  • 1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained annd chopped
  • 1/4 tsp hot-pepper sauce
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F.

In bowl, combine cheese, mayo, crab, artichokes, and pepper sauce. Spoon into shallow 4-cup baking dish.

Bake until bubble, about 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm with crackers.
