Crockpot Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 6-6 1/2 lb turkey breast
  • 2 t vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 garlic cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse turkey breast and pat dry with paper towels. Rub turkey with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place breast, meaty side up into 5qt slow cooker. Peel onion, cut into quarters and place around edges of pot. Peel garlic and place around sides of cooker. Cover and cook on low for 9 hours. Remove from cooker and let stand for 10 minutes. Discard onion and garlic.
