- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Plain yogurt
- butter, optional

Step 1
Combine first four ingredients. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Coat each with plain yogurt and then crumb mix. Arrange in buttered 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter (optional). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until tender and cooked through.
