Ingredients
- 1 batch of pizza dough
- 1/2 batch of creamy feta
- 1 head garlic, cloves removed and peeled
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1/4 C fresh dill
- 3/4 C freshly grated mozzarella
- 1 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 C chopped olives
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 3-4 campari tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Toss garlic cloves in a bit of oil and "pre-roast" for 15 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture in artichoke hearts.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Make and roll out dough and brush with olive oil. Top with fresh dill, layer on mozzarella, artichokes, olives, red onion, red peppers, and creamy feta. Scatter roasted garlic on top.
Bake 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy. Top with more dill.
