Ingredients
- 3-5 cup leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 pkg (6 oz) Stovetop turkey stuffing mix
- 3 cups leftover Thanksgiving turkey, chopped
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli
- 1 can corn
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 jar (12 oz) turkey gravy

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
3. Grease a 2-qt casserole pan.
4. Layer bottom with mashed potatoes.
5. Combine remaining ingredients and layer on top of mashed potatoes.
6. Bake 30 minutes.
