Ingredients

10 c. flour in Bosch
2 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
6 c. warm water
2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Move Bosch back and forth.
Add 4-6 more c. flour until it pulls away from the edge.
Let bosch mix 10 min.
Mix down 1 min.
Let rest 10 min.
Make loaves
Let rise 30-45 min.
Bake 30-35 min @ 350.
