Crockpot Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 1 (5-6 lb) turkey breast
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 (14 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 package dry Lipton Onion Soup mix
- salt and pepper

Step 1
1. Place completely thawed turkey breast in crockpot.
2. Combine juice, cranberry sauce, and soup mix together in bowl and pour over turkey breast.
3. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper over the top. Cover and cook for on LOW for 8-9 hours, or until your meat thermometer stuck into the center of the turkey reads 180 degrees.
4. Remove turkey breast to a plate and cover with tin foil. Let rest for about 5 minutes. Carve or shred it up and enjoy.
