Ingredients
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 4 chunks fresh pineapple, cut in 1/2" squares
- Enough mint to make it green
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients in blender with crushed ice and blend to consistency of custard. Serve in champagne glasses.
