Ingredients

  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 4 chunks fresh pineapple, cut in 1/2" squares
  • Enough mint to make it green

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients in blender with crushed ice and blend to consistency of custard. Serve in champagne glasses.
