Bacon and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 heavy whipping cream
  • 10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed
  • 2/3 pkg bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine and process eggs, cream, sald and pepper in a blender.
Press spinach dry and layer the spinach, bacon and cheese in pie. Pour egg mix over all.
Bake 35-45 mins until egg mixture is set.
