Ingredients

  • 1/2 large can clams
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 ounces olive oil
  • 8 tbs shallots
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 5 ounces clam juice
  • 2 tsp oregano, basil, parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté shallots in butter and oil. Add clam juice and herbs and simmer 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch and wine. Add to pan and boil until thickened. Add clams and cook 1-2 minutes.
