Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pd ground beef
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/4 c plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg refrigerated garlic mashed potatoes (1 pd 8 oz)
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c chopped fresh tomatoes
- 2-3 slices cooked bacon
- 2 medium scallions chopped

Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 350
in a large bowl mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, salt and egg
press into bottom of 8 x 8 glass baking dish
spread potatoes on top-sprinkle with cheese-bake for 50 minutes
remove and spinkle with tomatoes, bacon and scallions-serve
