Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 Tsp butter, divided
- 1 Tsp vegetable oil
- 1 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 - 1/2 Tsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season each chicken breast with salt & pepper.
2. Dip both sides in flour.
3. Heat 1 Tsp butter & oil in skillet. Cook chicken 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove chicken.
4. Add remaining ingredients (except butter) to skillet & bring to boil & simmer 5 minutes. Stir in remaining butter.
5. Pour over chicken & serve.
