Ingredients

  • 6

    boneless chicken breasts

  • 1/3

    cup flour

  • 2

    Tsp butter, divided

  • 1

    Tsp vegetable oil

  • 1 - 1/2

    cup chicken broth

  • 1/2

    cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 - 1/2

    Tsp balsamic vinegar

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Season each chicken breast with salt & pepper. 2. Dip both sides in flour. 3. Heat 1 Tsp butter & oil in skillet. Cook chicken 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove chicken. 4. Add remaining ingredients (except butter) to skillet & bring to boil & simmer 5 minutes. Stir in remaining butter. 5. Pour over chicken & serve.
