Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh basil, stems removed (about 2 cups packed leaves)
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup +2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
In a food processor or blender, combine basil, pine nuts, oil, garlic, salt and water; purée. Add cheese purée 30 seconds.
