Ingredients
- 2 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup

Heat the peanuts on a baking sheet in the oven at 300 degrees.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sugar and corn syrup; simmer, stirring occasionally until the mixture reaches 300 on a candy thermometer. Add the peanuts and stir until coated. Pour out mixture onto the baking sheet spread out. When cool break into chunks. Store in a covered container.
