Mango Sorbet

One reviewer used canned mangos in light syrup and found no simple syrup (but lime juice) was necessary.
One reviewer used the zest of 2 limes in the simple syrup and added the juice from those limes to the syrup and just used one cup of that.
One reviewer said bottled lime juice turned out fine.

Ingredients
- 4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place cubed mango in a food processor, and puree. Pour in simple syrup and lime juice, and puree until smooth.
2. Place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly.
