Ingredients

  • 1 cup Silk Light Vanilla soymilk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup baby kale or spinach
  • 1/4-inch slice ginger root
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Blend until smooth and head straight to recovery.
