Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese softened(Can use 1/3 less fat Neufchatel cheese)
- 1 c. finely shredded cucumber (well drained)
- 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese (can use reduced fat)
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- Triscuit crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except crackers. Cover and refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve as a spread with crackers.
