Salad Dressing - Balsamic & Lime Vinaigrette

Excellent dressing for any salad!

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 Tbsp light agave nectar or honey
• 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp olive oil
• Coarse salt
• Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk the vinegar, agave, and lime juice together in a bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
