    can 12 oz evaporated milk

    eggs lightly beaten

  • t pumpkin pie spice

    t salt

  • Streusel

  • ¼

    c packed brown sugar

    T all purpose flour

  • 2

    T butter softened

  • ½

    c chopped pecans

  • ½

    c quick cooking oats

  • Topping

  • 1

    container 8oz cool whip

Directions

Heat 425-place crust in 9 in glass pie pan as direct on box in a large bowl mix filling ingredients till well blended=pur into crust lined pan bake 15 mins-reduce temp to 350 bake 15 mins meanwhile in a small bowl mix streusel ingredients sprinkle streuse over pumpkin filling and bake 15-20 mins longer top with cool whip
