Streusel topped pumpkin pie

Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 box refrigerated pie crusts softened as directed (one crust)
- Filling
- 1 can 15 oz pumpkin
- 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 t salt
- Streusel
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 2 T all purpose flour
- 2 T butter softened
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c quick cooking oats
- Topping
- 1 container 8oz cool whip

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 425-place crust in 9 in glass pie pan as direct on box
in a large bowl mix filling ingredients till well blended=pur into crust lined pan
bake 15 mins-reduce temp to 350 bake 15 mins
meanwhile in a small bowl mix streusel ingredients
sprinkle streuse over pumpkin filling and bake 15-20 mins longer
top with cool whip
