Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 1/4 cups Cascadian Farm® premium organic mixed vegetables (from 16-oz bag), thawed
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Gruyère cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
In large bowl, beat ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, the milk, eggs, Italian seasoning and salt with whisk.
Cut each biscuit into quarters; add to cheese mixture and stir to coat. Stir in vegetables. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Gruyère cheese.
Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
