Carrot cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Add
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups finely shredded carrots
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup of very drained crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Mix with blender until combined. Hand blend in 1 cup raisins
1 cup of very drained crushed pineapple.
Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan
Bake @ 350 40 minutes
