Ingredients

  • Small box bow tie pasta

  • 1/4

    cup red onion

  • 1/2

    cup Feta Cheese chopped/crumbled

  • 1

    Small can sliced black olives

  • 1

    can artichoke hearts

  • 2

    roma tomatoes

  • Greek Salad Dressing with Feta Cheese

Directions

Boil pasta until done. Rinse. Dice onion, pepper, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Crumble feta cheese and add olives. Add Greek salad dressing to taste.
