Ingredients
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- an egg
- plain breadcrumbs
- Salt for Seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Start by cutting chicken into small bite sized pieces. In two separate bowls add 1 egg with a little water. Next add Panko along with salt (about a teaspoon).
Place chicken in egg mixture to coat. Next add chicken to Panko mixture. Once coated, add chicken to a pan with olive oil & saute’ turning til golden brown. Remove from pan & place on a plate along with paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
