Honey Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. whipping cream/milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 -1/2 c. honey

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients, then in small bowl beat eggs, add milk, oil and honey; beat well. Pour into dry mixture. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 400.
