Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• Let come to a boil & remove from heat and add to:
• 2 sticks margarine
• 1 cup water
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tsp. soda
• Mix well and add:
• 2 eggs (beaten with fork)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• Mix well and pour into a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan (17X11X1).

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 325 degrees 20 - 25 minutes.
