Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp parsley
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard, or 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together in a zip-lock bag. Place steak (about 1 lb) in the bag, seal and marinate for a day in the refrigerator before cooking while turning every few hours.
