Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breasts
- Flour
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (reserve liquid)
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- Margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse chicken and coat with mixture of flour, garlic salt, and pepper. Let set 10 minutes
Pan fry in margarine ( flash fry) on both sides over medium heat
Reduce heat and add:
1 cup liquid consisting of liquid from mushrooms, 1/2 cup Marsala wine and remaining balance with water
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add mushrooms the last 15 minutes
