Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 oz medium egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1-10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-5oz can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1-6 1/2 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
  • 1-4oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain. In medium bowl, blend soup, evaporated milk, sour cream, tuna, peas, mushrooms, and onion. Add noodles; mix well. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Top with potato chips. Bake in 350 oven until hot and bubbly, 35-40 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
