Cacciatore sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lg crushed tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 tsp oregano
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients after frying meat in oil
Drain oil then all the rest of the ingredients
Cook 11/2 to 2 hours
