- 8 oz. ground chicken
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 32 grams light feta, crumbled
- 4 nicoise olives, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
* In a medium bowl, combine chicken, oregano, garlic, olives and feta; divide mixture into two balls and then press them gently into patties.
* Grill or broil patties until internal temperature of burgers reaches 165°F, about 7 to 8 minutes per side.
* Serve with a yogurt/garlic sauce on the side.
