Ingredients
- 40 oz light vanilla soy milk
- 5 oz rum
- 1 sm pkg Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla instant pudding
- 6 no calorie sweetener packets
- 2/3 cup canned pure pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Additional cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a blender, mix all ingredients and blend at high speed until mixed thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to thicken. If you like, top each glass off with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Enjoy.
