Blueberry Lemon Crisp

  • 4 cups blueberries washed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • Topping;
  • 1 cup each all purpose flour and large flake rolled oats traditional style
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg


Servings 4


Step 1

In bowl combine blueberries sugar lemon juice lemon rind and flour and stir well Spoon into greased 8 cup baking dish

In same bowl combine flour oats butter sugar and nutmeg. Sprinkle evenly over top. Bake in 375 oven 40-45 min uncovered or until fruit is bubbly and top is golden brown
