Ingredients
- 4 pork loin blade, rib, or sirloin chops, each cut 3/4 inch thick
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. Salad Oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 8 oz. container sour cream
- 2 tsp. ketchup

Step 1
About 40 minutes before serving:
Coat pork chops with flour. In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook pork chops and onion until meat is well browned on both sides.
Add water, salt, and pepper; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until pork chops are fork-tender. Skim off fat from liquid; stir in sour cream and ketchup; heat through (do not boil).
