Ingredients
- 4 packages frozen green beans
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 teaspoon thyme
- 3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Boil green beans until tender (2 to 3 minutes); cool in ice water. Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish, combine all ingredients except oil.
Drizzle olive oil uniformly over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees until the tomatoes have "puffed" - roughly 10 minutes.
