Ingredients
- 1 cup packed dark-brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in medium-size saucepan. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 minutes or until thickened, whisking to make smooth.
