Ingredients

  • 1 cup short grain rice
  • 1/5 cup red bean, soaked overnight
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse rice and bring together all ingredients in a pot.
Soak for 15 minutes then cook rice using a rice cooker.
Rest cooked rice for 10 minutes then shape it into rice balls.
Wet palms lightly with water before shaping rice balls to prevent rice from sticking onto palms.
