Ingredients
- 8 oz Bowie pasta
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbs dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package instructions
Heat butter and cream in a small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, parsley, salt and pepper, keep warm over low heat.
Drain pasta. Toss with sauce to coat.
