- 2 sq. chocolate bake
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- Topping
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon mint flavor
- green food color
- milk to mix

Preparation
Step 1
Mix brownie mixture
9x9 pan (double for 9x13 pan)
Bake at 325 for 25-30 min
Mix mint topping
frost and cool- Top with: 3/4 cup chocolate chips melted
2 Tbsp. hot water
