Ingredients

  • 2 Italian Sausages removed from casings
  • 4 slices pancetta chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 2 stalks chopped celery
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups stock
  • 1 can drained cannellni beans

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the sausages and pancetta in EVOO till lightly browned
Add the onion, carrot celery and garlic and sauté till wilted
Add the tomato paste and the stock then the drained Cannelini Beans

Bring to a simmer for about 1/2 hour
